Dimitri McDaniel focuses his practice on a wide range of affordable housing and community development matters.
Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Dimitri was a Staff Attorney at Bread for the City Legal Clinic, serving as a lead attorney representing low-income tenant organizations in multifamily redevelopment transactions. In this role, Dimitri gained valuable experience negotiating with local public housing authorities, advising clients on mixed-finance redevelopments, and handling complex bankruptcy, real estate development, property acquisition and disposition matters, including matters involving the DC Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act.
