Trinna Jackson is a strategic Human Resources leader with over nine years of experience partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy and operational excellence. She brings a strong background in employee relations, compliance, workforce planning and performance management. In her role, Trinna oversees the full spectrum of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, policy development and compliance with federal and state employment laws. She has extensive experience leading workplace investigations, managing risk and implementing performance management strategies that support both employee development and organizational goals.
Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Trinna held leadership roles in legal and professional services organizations, where she directed HR operations, led recruiting initiatives, payroll administration, benefits coordination and office operations, ensuring seamless support for both attorneys and staff.
