    Rachel Shack focuses her practice on a wide range of affordable housing and community development activities with particular emphasis on nonprofit organizations.

    Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Rachel gained unique professional experience serving both as an associate at WilmerHale and as an elementary school teacher in New Orleans and Boston. As a Real Estate associate, Rachel advised clients on acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and negotiated office, lab, and retail leases.

    At Penn Law, she served as the Executive Director of the James Wilson Project, a large pro bono organization on campus. She also represented minors in Philadelphia Family Court as part of the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic.
