Hannah Hutchison focuses her practice on real estate transactions financed through the use of tax credits with a focus on affordable housing.

Hannah represents investors and syndicators in financing and closing affordable housing transactions receiving federal and state low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, tax exempt bonds, subsidies and grants. Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Hannah was an associate at Miles & Stockbridge in the Real Estate & Transactions Practice Group.
