Klein Hornig Names New Partner and Welcomes New Associates

We are pleased to announce that Dan Kolodner, formerly Senior Counsel at Klein Hornig, was named Partner effective January 1, 2014.  Dan joined the firm in 2012 after practicing at Nixon Peabody LLP for 9 years and focuses his practice on Historic Tax Credit, New Market Tax Credit and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions.  He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and serves on the Board of Directors of Preservation Massachusetts.

The firm also welcomed Associate Emily Blumberg, who joined our DC office in November.  Emily earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010 and came to us from a Fellowship position with the Business and Professional People for the Public Interest (BPI) in Chicago, IL.
