HUD Programs: Recent Updates on HAP Contract Renewals, the RAD Program and the Section 202/811 Program

Please join HAND and Klein Hornig on April 6, 2017 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM for their training program entitled, “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of HAP Contract Renewals, the RAD Program and the 202/811 Program” at the Silver Spring Civic Building, One Veterans Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The “Advanced” track will address the latest updates in these programs — and the related benefits and burdens of each program — as described by HUD officials, Klein Hornig attorneys and industry leaders. The Advanced sessions will also discuss how these programs may be impacted by the recent change in the Administration. The “Introductory” track will provide the basic nuts and bolts of each of these programs. The Introductory session is perfect for those who simply want to get a better understanding of these programs, how they work and the roles they play in development/redevelopment transactions.
