On July 15th – 18th, Klein Hornig attorneys, Daniel Rosen and Henry Korman presented on two separate panels at the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association’s 2015 Summer Institute in Newport, RI.

Boston partner, Dan Rosen, participated in the 6-person panel discussion entitled “Preservation Update: Section 8 and RAD Roundtable” while fellow Boston partner, Henry Korman, participated in the panel entitled “Disparate Impact: How the Supreme Court is Reshaping Affordable Housing Policy in TDHCA v. The Inclusive Communities Project, Inc.”
