Klein Hornig LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years’ experience to be based in Boston as part of its national community development practice, with an emphasis on federal New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) and historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and corresponding state programs. Klein Hornig specializes in structuring and closing all types of multilayered affordable housing and community development transactions. Our community development lawyers work on complex transactions across the country for clients including developers, tax-exempt organizations, investors, lenders, NMTC community development entities (CDEs) and NMTC qualified active low-income community businesses (QALICBs).
