Klein Hornig would like to congratulate The Community Builders on winning the Urban Land Institute’s (“ULI”) 2015 Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award for its work on Charlesview Residences and Town Homes of Brighton Mills, located in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Klein Hornig played a significant role in this project which includes a 28-building, five city block development involving; 25,000 square feet of commercial and community space, rental apartments and middle-income townhomes.

Each year ULI awards the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award to affordable and workforce housing developments that represent outstanding achievements in several areas, including affordability, innovative financing and building technologies, proximity to employment centers and transportation hubs, quality of design, and involvement of public/private partnerships, among other criteria.
