Klein Hornig partner, Daniel Rosen recently participated in two separate panels sharing his expertise regarding HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) program.

On Tuesday, November 3rd, Dan participated in the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association’s (“NH&RA”) panel entitled, “State of Play: HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration.” On Tuesday, November 24th, Dan participated in the Lawyers Clearinghouse panel discussion entitled “Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD): How it Works and Case Studies.” Both panels focused on how housing authorities can benefit from RAD to promote affordable housing preservation.
