On Thursday, November 6th, Boston Partner Dan Rosen spoke to members of the Boston Bar Association on HUD’s Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (“CNI”). Dan, along with Gail Epp of EJP Consulting Group, LLC, presented on how CNI is achieving its policy goals, how it compares to HOPE VI and how housing transactions involving Choice Initiatives are typically structured and approved.
