Boston Partner, Dan Kolodner was one of three presenters participating in a live webinar on Wednesday, December 10th entitled “Mixed-Use and Economic Development: Financing Structures and Options.” This webinar gave a brief overview on the various financing tools, sources of money, and legal challenges for mixed-use and real estate development projects in the current economic environment. The presenters focused on construction loans, preferred equity, mezzanine loans, tax credit funds, tax increment financing and EB-5 financing.
The presentation was followed by a live question and answer session with participants to address individual questions directly.
