William (Bill) Driggers has more than 30 years of experience in tax credits matters, particularly in low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credits. Bill regularly represents tax credit syndicators in structuring low-income housing tax credit investments and his clients include tax credit syndicators, investors in syndicated tax credit funds and developers of multifamily housing and historic rehabilitation projects.
Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Bill was a partner at Miles & Stockbridge where, in addition to his tax credit syndication work, he represented state housing authorities as well as clients facing tax related issues with the Internal Revenue Service. William regularly speaks at seminars and conferences about low-income and historic tax credits, taxation and real estate tax issues.
