    Matt Romines focuses his practice on a wide range of affordable housing and community development matters with particular emphasis on tax credit transactions.

    Prior to joining Klein Hornig, Matt was a senior manager and a member of the real estate transactions practice at CohnReznick LLP, a national public accounting firm. Matt advised clients on a variety of financial, tax, syndication advisory, and transaction structuring matters. He also prepared financial projections and tax projections for his clients. His experience includes multifamily residential, office, hotel, and mixed-use product type transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits. Matt is a certified public accountant.
