    Gwen Barlow joined Klein Hornig in August 2020 having spent the previous summer as a law clerk in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Gwen focuses her practice on a broad range of affordable housing and community development transactions.

    Gwen earned both a JD and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning with a specialization in housing and community development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During law school, Gwen was a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review, a judicial extern for The Honorable R. Christopher Dillon on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and a legal extern at Self-Help Credit Union.
