Last month, lawyers and staff from both Klein Hornig offices participated in an annual service day to give back to each office’s local community.

Members of the DC office spent their day volunteering for Martha’s Table, an organization working to support stronger children, stronger families and stronger communities by increasing access to quality education programs, healthy food and family supports. KH lawyers and staff assisted Martha’s Table staff with food preparation for approximately 250 people as well as helping out at the on-site thrift shop.

Participants from the Boston office spent their day at Rosie’s Place, a local women’s shelter helping to provide a safe and nurturing environment for homeless women in the Boston area. KH members assisted Rosie’s Place staff to prepare, cook and serve lunchtime meals to approximately 125 women and children.
