Steve Paul has more than 35 years of experience providing tax and business advice representing developers, syndicators and investors using federal and state tax credits and other incentives for the development of affordable housing, preservation of historic buildings and financing various other projects in low-income communities. Before joining Klein Hornig, Steve was a partner and long-time chair of the Tax, Benefits & Compensation department at Boston’s Palmer & Dodge LLP and its successor firms (most recently Locke Lord Edwards). spaul@kleinhornig.com
