Klein Hornig Attorneys Featured at 2015 ABA Forum

From May 20-22, 2015, Klein Hornig attorneys attended this year’s 24th Annual American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law in Washington DC. Boston partner Dan Rosen co-chaired the event and had a significant role in its overall planning.

Klein Hornig partner Aaron O’Toole moderated the panel entitled, “Structuring and Documenting, Joint Ventures,” which discussed the legal aspects of joint ventures and why developers choose to participate in them.

In addition, Boston Senior Counsel, Katie Day, participated in the panel, “State Tax Credit Structuring and Challenges,” which focused on structuring state tax credits in affordable housing transactions.
