Jonathan Klein to Join The Community Builders, Inc. in 2014

Jonathan Klein, one of the founding partners of Klein Hornig LLP, will join The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB), one of the firm’s largest clients, as General Counsel and Senior Vice President effective January 1, 2014. Jonathan will remain Of Counsel to Klein Hornig throughout 2014 to assist with special projects as well as any remaining transitions of client business.

"The growth and success of Klein Hornig has exceeded my expectations, and after 11 years I am ready for a new professional challenge," Jonathan said.  "We are in a position of strength as one of the most respected law firms in the affordable housing field, so this is a good time to start a new chapter by returning to my professional roots with TCB."

With 27 attorneys in Boston and Washington, D.C., Klein Hornig serves clients ranging from local CDCs and housing authorities to national developers, lenders and syndicators.

"Personally and professionally, we’re excited that Jonathan is following the advice he’s given to so many over the years and sought out new adventures in his professional life," said founding partner Dan Rosen. "Jonathan will continue to be an invaluable friend, resource and client for us in the years ahead as Klein Hornig moves forward with our mission to help clients revitalize communities."

Klein was General Counsel at TCB for 13 years before forming Klein Hornig and has been acting as General Counsel there for several months on a part-time basis, which will continue through the balance of 2013.  "As I prepare to embark on this different and exciting next period with TCB, it gives me peace of mind to know that Klein Hornig remains my go-to resource when it comes to navigating the legal complexities of the field we love," he said.
