Klein Hornig congratulates The Community Builders, Inc. (“TCB”) on receiving a 2014 Development of Distinction Award presented by The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. TCB was recognized in the “LIHTC Development that Best Demonstrates Financial Innovation” category for their work on Charlesview Residences, a 240-unit mixed-income residential project located in Brighton, Massachusetts.

The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits, awards ten winners for their exceptional achievement in the development of properties using low-income housing tax credits (“LIHTC”) as well as tax credits utilizing HUD financing. The winning properties along with their development teams, were honored at the Novogradac Tax Credit Developers Conference, in January 2015.
