Klein Hornig Senior Counsel, Teresa Santalucia, led a presentation Wednesday, November 19th entitled “Where is the Line? Board Duties and Management Responsibilities.” The presentation focused on corporate governance and the different respective duties and responsibilities of a nonprofit board and nonprofit management.
