On Tuesday, December 9, 2014, Boston Senior Counsel, Teresa Santalucia presented to approximately 40 people on the roles and responsibilities of nonprofit board governance. The presentation is part of a larger project working to train potential new members of the governing bodies of nonprofit organizations.
