Klein Hornig continues to provide expertise at various forums on affordable housing and community development topics.  Stephen Niles participated in a panel at the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association ("NH&RA") Fall Developers Forum in Boston on November 13^th, speaking on Section 8 Porting and HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration program ("RAD").  He also participated on panels at The Community Builders’ Assembly on Cape Cod on November 14^th, including "Options for Section 8 Renewals," "Introduction to RAD" and "Introduction to Porting."  In October, Stephen spoke a the National Leased Housing Association ("NLHA") conference on "The Mature Section 8 Project."
