Klein Hornig Attorneys Take a Lead Role at 2014 ABA Conference

On May 21st, 2014, Klein Hornig attorneys from both offices converged in Washington, DC, for this year’s 23rd Annual Conference of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.  Klein Hornig was a major contributor to this year’s conference – Boston partner Dan Rosen co-chaired the event and had a significant role in its planning.

The conference also featured two panels led by Klein Hornig attorneys.  Boston partner Henry Korman moderated “New Developments in Creating Supportive Housing,” which discussed emerging civil rights considerations, regulatory revisions and HUD notices, Section 8 Housing, and more.  Klein Hornig founding partner Chris Hornig moderated “HUD Operating Subsidies: Differences and Risks in an Unsettled Funding Environment,” which provided participants with a comparative discussion of the leading HUD operating subsidies, including the new RAD program.
