On Thursday, April 28th, Boston associate Andrew Gilmore presented to approximately 100 members of the Boston Bar Association. Andrew’s presentation focused on the legal duties and responsibilities of board members as they serve their community through participation on the board of directors of charitable organizations. Andrew and two other panelists focused on specific charitable board topics, including the legal duties of nonprofit board members, important legal documents, board financial review and state and federal compliance issues.
