On Monday, February 1st Klein Hornig partner, Steve Paul presented at the 2016 Boston Tax Forum. Steve’s presentation, entitled “Related Party Issues in LIHTC Transactions,” specifically focused on avoidance of related party debt and structuring acquisitions of existing projects so as not feature related buyers and sellers.
