It has been a busy December at Klein Hornig, and as we head into the new year, we are pleased to report that our attorneys and staff successfully closed more than two dozen deals since Thanksgiving, involving approximately $300 million in financing and 1,700 new or renovated units of affordable housing, as well as a charter school, an early childhood education center, and a children’s health facility. A big thanks to our clients, partners and supporters – we look forward to working with all of you in 2013, after we take a day or two to rest up.
